Privacy policy.

Last updated October 8, 2026

This policy explains what Art Impact Marketing Agency, LLC collects through the NEVER MISS SYSTEM websites, our business assistant, and the services we provide. It covers what we do with that information, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

What you give us.

• Your assessment. Your answers, your name, your company's name, and your contact information.
• Your intake. What we need to build your system: your contact details, your hours, your services, how your assistant should sound, and the other answers on the intake form, or in your intake conversation with our business assistant.
• Your messages. Emails, texts, and calls with us.
• Referral partners. Your name, email, phone number, user name, and PayPal email for commission payments, plus the activity you log in your partner dashboard.

What we receive from others.

• Payments. PayPal processes every payment. We receive your name, your email, and the status of each payment. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Referrals. A referral partner may give us your name, your company's name, and your contact information when they recommend us to you, and their referral code may travel with you to our site.

What's recorded automatically.

• Calls with our business assistant. Calls to our business assistant are recorded and transcribed, so we can follow up on what you asked and improve how she answers.
• Your browser. Our sites use your browser's own storage to remember a referral code and, for referral partners, to keep you signed in to your dashboard. Our hosting provider keeps standard server records, such as the date of a visit and the type of device.

2. How we use it

• To score your assessment and recommend a service level.
• To build, run, maintain, and report on your system.
• To answer you, follow up with you, and send you what you ask for.
• To process payments, and to credit and pay referral partners their commissions.
• To improve our services and our business assistant.
• To meet our legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your information.

We share it only with the service providers that help us run the NEVER MISS SYSTEM, such as payment processing, telephone and text messaging, email, hosting, and customer records, and only for that purpose. We also share it when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, under this same policy.

A referral partner sees their own activity and the names of the companies that completed our assessment through their link. Partners never see your assessment answers, your rate, or your payments.

4. Text messages

We don't share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Reply STOP to any of our texts to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Your callers, when you're our client

When we operate a system for you, information about your own callers and customers belongs to you. We handle it on your behalf and under your direction, use it only to provide your service, and export it in full on request.

6. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services, keep accurate business and tax records, and meet our legal obligations. Then we delete it.

7. How we protect it

We limit access to the people and providers who need it, and we use secured accounts and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so if a problem ever affects your information, we tell you.

8. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Depending on where you live, the law may give you additional rights. We honor them.

9. Children

Our services are for adults in business. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy can change. The date at the top shows when it last did.
