NEVER MISS SYSTEM refund and cancellation policy.

This policy covers the NEVER MISS SYSTEM, provided by Art Impact Marketing Agency, LLC. It explains what you pay for, when a payment can be refunded, and how to cancel.

1. How you pay

The NEVER MISS SYSTEM has two parts, and both are billed automatically through PayPal.

• A one-time setup fee, in two payments. The first is charged at signup. The second is charged two weeks later.
• A monthly service rate. It begins at signup and is charged on the same day each month.

There's no long-term contract. Service runs month to month.

2. The setup fee

The setup fee pays for the work of getting you live: your intake, then building, writing, connecting, and testing your system before it answers a single call. That work starts as soon as your intake is in, so:

• If you cancel before your intake is complete, your first setup payment is refunded in full, and the second is never charged.
• Once your intake is complete, the full setup fee is owed, and neither setup payment is refundable.
• If Art Impact Marketing Agency is unable to take your system live, every setup payment is refunded in full.

3. Your live activation window

Your system is live within seven to fourteen business days of your completed intake. The first fourteen days after it goes live are your live activation window.

If you decide during that window that the NEVER MISS SYSTEM isn't right for you, tell us in writing before the window closes. We cancel your subscription and refund every monthly payment you've made in full. The setup fee stays non-refundable, as section 2 describes.

4. After the window

Monthly payments made after your live activation window closes are non-refundable.

You can cancel anytime with thirty days' written notice. Your service continues through the notice period, and your subscription ends when it does. There are no refunds for partial months.

5. Your data

Your data belongs to you and leaves with you, exported in full on request.

6. Billing mistakes

A duplicate or incorrect charge is refunded in full as soon as we confirm it, whenever it happened.

7. How to cancel or ask for a refund

Email us from the address you pay with, and include your name and your company's name.

We answer within two business days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method through PayPal.

8. Before you open a dispute

Talk with us first. Most questions are settled in one conversation, and that's faster for you than a PayPal dispute.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy can change. The version in effect on the date of a payment applies to that payment.
