NEVER MISS SYSTEM client service terms.

These terms apply when you sign up for the NEVER MISS SYSTEM, provided by Art Impact Marketing Agency, LLC. Signing up through PayPal means you accept them, together with the refund and cancellation policy and the privacy policy.

1. What you sign up for

You sign up at one service level: Never Miss a Call, Never Miss a Lead, or Never Miss a Sale. Each level includes the one before it. What each level includes is described on the site at the time you sign up.

You're able to move up a level as you grow. When you do, nothing is rebuilt from scratch.

2. Your rate

Your monthly rate comes from your assessment, and it's shown to you before you pay anything. A rate agreed with you in writing applies as agreed.

Platform and telephone charges are included in your monthly rate, up to your voice allowance. Every plan includes 300 minutes of AI voice each month. If your calls go past your allowance, we tell you before any added charge, and nothing is added without your approval.

3. Your setup fee

The one-time standard setup fee includes standard configurations for a single business. It's paid in two payments: the first at signup, and the balance two weeks later.

Additional locations and advanced configurations carry additional fees, and they're only applied with your authorization.

4. From yes to live

• Your intake. You choose how to give us what we need: the written intake form, on your own time, or a conversation with our business assistant, who walks you through it on the phone and files it for you.
• The build. We build your system from your intake. You do nothing during this stage.
• Your approval. You call your own new number and hear exactly what your customers hear. We adjust it until it sounds the way you want.
• Live. Your system is live within seven to fourteen business days of your completed intake.

5. What we do every month

Art Impact Marketing Agency builds your system, writes it, connects it, and maintains it every month. You approve. We operate. That includes ongoing adjustments, new sequences as your offers change, and a monthly report showing what the system caught.

6. What we ask of you

• Give us accurate information about your hours, services, pricing, and rules, and tell us when they change.
• Review and approve what's written in your name: your greeting, your follow-up messages, and your review replies.
• Keep your call forwarding and account access in place, so your system can answer.
• Use the system lawfully, including the rules that apply to calling, texting, and emailing your own customers.

7. Your assistant

You name your assistant, and you choose how it sounds and when a conversation gets handed to a live person. Your assistant never claims to be human. You decide how it answers when a caller asks directly.

8. What we don't promise

We don't promise specific results, numbers of leads, or revenue. Your system depends on telephone, messaging, and software providers outside our control. We work to keep it running at all times, and we can't promise it never goes down.

Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem.

9. Your data

Your contacts belong to you and leave with you, exported in full on request. Information about your callers and customers is handled on your behalf, as the privacy policy describes.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Service runs month to month, with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime with thirty days' written notice. Refunds follow the refund and cancellation policy.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms can change. We tell you by email at least thirty days before a change applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
